New solo2 owner, few questions need help with.

Just got my new solo2, been playing around whilst waiting for hdd.
1st question the hdd installation should the drive be installed upside down or not? Saw it installed both ways.
2nd question can I customise the remote buttons so tbe left/right direction buttons moves channels up down.

1- Makes no difference.
2- You can use Multi Quick Button (form the feeds) to change most buttons.
