Hi,

I have now installed an incredible amount of tools to try and find something for editing .ts files, but with no luck yet.

All I really want to do is cut out some commercials from my recorded files and then save it again in the same format, or something where I loose no quality.

Can any of you guys point me in the right direction?

Thanks :)

google TSDoctor. that should be able to do what you need.

The description sounds really like its what I want.. I have installed it and loaded a file into it. I then pressed the btn for cutting, and has been showing "creating screenshoots" (yeah, to o's) for 10 mins. now..

Not really an answer to your question but is there software to convert the recordings to the likes of Divx? Could modify it once converted.

I ask because anything I'm wanting to keep for a long time I'd probably try to compress into a more compact format.

I disabled screenshots in the menu, now it works.. :)

Actually TS doctor can also save/convert to mkv format, so maybe you can use it too MalteseMick.
