VIX 4.0 will never be released to the public :p
VIX 4.0 is just it's BETA version name ;)

Don't forget to send your suggestions for the new image name to admin, although don't expect a million quid as this isn't Walkers were talking about here, and Gary Lineker isn't part of the VIX team :trustme:

Its going to be Called VIX Chocolate Pudding unless any one has any objections :D

suggestion : a channel number in the EPG guide.Now we have to go trough up an down keys trough the whole EPG guide.If there was a number before the picon in the EPG we could go directly to the 1ste in the list.

Just wondering, for the Gigablue Plus receivers which an image is being worked on, will it be a straight 4.0 image or one of the earlier builds? Wanted to recommend this receiver for someone but with no Vix image for it yet, I will tell them to hold off for a while or get a TM Nano 2T.

When we release the Gigablue Plus image line it will be the same image revision as the rest, IE not ViX 3.0 because we have stopped building / updating that image line.

Since he doesn't quote, we can only guess... But my guess would be that it's in reference to this post (http://www.world-of-satellite.com/showthread.php?35729-New-vix-image-4-0&p=271455&viewfull=1#post271455)... Which still isn't being very clear is it, even if we do not what he's saying...
