Tuner scanning differences

I am just setting up my box with tuner A on a fixed 28.2 Sat and tuner B on a motor. On scanning the fixed I get around 900 channel, which is usual, but on the motor scan I only get 10 channels? The signal is at 100% and quality is at 78, so why the difference?

Probably the motor is not aligned properly.
But it might also be a matter of the LNB-skew, the LNB itself (they can be partially defect), any part of the coax, the tuner, the USALS-settings .....
Just compare in satfinder a number of transponders on both tuners. Make sure you look at transponders in all 4 'quadrants'. Don't look at the AGC, just compare the SNR.
