Astra 2E @ JSC Sports

I was told by a friend today that there is a possibility of getting JSC Sports (beIn) on Astra 2E very soon. I disagree as I've seen nothing online regarding this and also the fact that they have changed all the cards to work in their set top boxes only. Can somebody confirm this is BS so I can slap him down tomorrow?

I have not seen any thing on this from the usual sites, so for now i'd say it's unlikely.

The only time I feel this will happen is if BEIN Sports buys the UK & retain the MENA rights for the EPL.
