well im sure everyone would love this app, a channel updater, that updates the channels in the bouquets when sly change there fq!!

i'm sure it possable....
but wouldnt know were to start...

there is a piece of software in development that kind of does that, it's the B16MCC sky uk services database and frontend software.
basically a few of us on the site keep a MS excell database of 28.2 east aka sky uk. we update this database daily to include all changes such as new channels and frequency changes etc. you then with the frontend software can any time you want press a few buttons and whalla you have your own custom made and upto date bouquet pack. at present this software is in beta condition and it only generates the bouquets on your pc, so you still need to use DBE or a suitable piece of software to put them onto your box. but in time B16 is working towards having the whole process work directly from the receiver.

If all you're wanting is the sky uk frequencies, then download the b16mcc bouquets from the vix plugins, then, when they are updated, if you run a system update, they will be updated on your box :D

But, unless you either update the settings yourself by scanning them, and editing the bouquets, or manually downloading and updating bouquets, or downloading bouquets through the addons manager and updating every so often, then what you're asking for will never happen... You're best off sticking to a sky uk official box if you want it all done fully for you...
