random sound loss.

I have a quad running vix 808.Tuner A ,C on fixed dish.tuner B on a motor.
When on tuner B suddenly it has a total loss of sound but then if I switch to A sound is still off and it needs a reboot to get back.If I'm watching A the sound is fine its only when I goto motor.Can a lnb fail with just the sound ,if it can its strange that the fixed dish is then effected after loss of sound.

My quad suffers the same when I'm using the tuner connected to my motor. I've noticed it only happens in bad weather.

Been really windy up here.Just tried again and it stayed OK very strange.
