Hello

I am currently having an issue where some of my recording fail.
It looks like it has recorded successfully, but when i attempt to play the file, it sticks on 01 seconds for a couple of seconds, then jumps back to the recording menu.
It's very random when it happens though, I've also made sure that the recordings have priority.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Thanks

It's a driver problem - go to archive.openmips.com and download the gigablue-quad-drivers-3.3.8-2.0-20140120.zip - unzip and FTP the dvb.ko file to \lib\modules\3.3.8-2.0\extra (overwrite the file that's there). Reboot and it should work OK.

Unfortunately i still get the occasional corruption, doesn't seem to happen nearly as much before, but it still happens :(

Do you use a buffer at start and end of your timed recordings? Has helped with issues in the past.

Hi,

menu/settings/recording settings and 5th and 6th line down. They are set as default so might be on - if not add 3 mins to both.

You mean "margin before/after recording"?
I've already got it set to 3 and 5, distinctly remember having to change that because the other half wasn't chuffed she missed the final 30 seconds of eastenders once.
