Looks OK on your EPG, defo a tuner problem IMHO.
Get a screenshot of your SNR.

i restart the receiver it will not boot up starting up

Unplug it from the mains for 30secs and try again.
If it still won't boot might be an idea to reflash it :)

Make sure NOTHING else is in the other USB slots. What image are you trying to flash?
Is your UBS key in FAT32? and finally have you unzipped the image? (should have a folder called "update" on the key)

I assume you have flashed before?

There is a flashing tutorial available on www.openvix.co.uk with links to the HP format tool. Try using that to format your USB stick.

If the HP FORMAT tool won't read the USB stick try another one.
