View Full Version : [VU+ Duo] Cant set epg record path
I go to Menu/setup/system/epg/settings but I cant find an option to set up record path.I only got this box today and stuck already.
epg/settings has nothing to do with recording paths.
Where are you recording to as the default values work pretty well?
That is the problem I don't know.I have a usb stick mounted .Is that the default? I don't want it recording epg data to my internal flash.
Go to www.openvix.co.uk, look in the guides and tutorials section, there is a tutorial there that will help you with setting up your EPG.
On another box that I have when I configure crosspeg the first line gives me the option to set the storage path.I have not got this line on this box
You seem to be a bit confused in what you're trying to do.
I'd do as pheonix suggests above.
Menu> Setup> System> EPG> Settings> The very first line asks you where you want to save the EPG to. as i described in the tutorial on www.openvix.co.uk
I go to Menu> Setup> System> EPG> Settings> and I don't see a line where to save the epg.
This is all I get when I press settings
looks like your CroosEPG may have become corrupted, try uninstalling it from the remove plugins section the install it again from the image feeds.
sorry cant find a remove plugins section

The image feeds are found by pressing menu - plugins. Then just navigate the various sections until you find what you want.

Okay have downloaded plugins from the plugin browser screen but crosspeg is not in any of the sub headings.

You have to first remove the one that is currently installed, then reboot the receiver. It will then appear in the feeds.
