Sky card in vu+

Hi Team
My mate who worked for sky gave me a couple of new cards, but I don't won't to risk putting them into my sky box, is there a box key generator that can create a boxkey from the sky card number and a serial number from any sky box to run it in my vu+ duo in my bedroom or can I do it another way with old sky plus box not interested in sharing or any think else just stand a loan box

Unless the cards are activated,, will need to go in a sky receiver - no other way around it afaik

If you run OSCAM in your Duo, then you don't need to know your boxkey. OSCAM will automatically get this from the card, and display it in the log.
