On demand not working says software problem, can you help

as with your last thread, how can we offer help, we have no idea what problem your having.

please provide more information, such as where in the world you are and exactly what is happening.

I am in Spain and cannot now use on demand, it says software problem restart to solve problem well after restart it still does not work

Try using a more upto date image, the one your using is quite old now. be aware you must flash the image from fresh as the build your on can not be updated online without causing issues.
