Restart Enigma fault

Whenever i do a restart enigma i get the following message on restart "Timeshift not possible"
Clues to remove this?

Its not a fault - its telling the truth. Timeshift is unavailable until the tuner has locked.

Go into permanent time shift settings and increase the start delay to 10 or 20 seconds.
