Channel list Menu appears whilest viewing with no user interaction

Occasionally the Channel list Menu appears whilest viewing with no user interaction via remote. It happens some nights regularly and other nights occasionally. This happens also when playing material from the HDD with the recorded list showing up. Is anyone else experiencing this behavior? Solution??

Seems to be a HDMI CEC issue, have you it enabled or not?
A restart of the box usually fixes it here.
HDMI CEC disabled here but looking at debug logs, when I have seen it, I get lots of

iirc the eHdmiCEC-messages will always show in the debuglogs, as they are generated by the drivers.

Thanks for the two posts above it seems that by turning off the HDMI CEC has cured the problem.

We're currently testing a fix but as the issue is so random it can take a while to see it's worked.
Even with HDMI CEC switched off, it happens every now and agin.
