Hey guys

I am hoping someone here can help me... I have a samsung galaxy s3 its about 3/4 months old (replacement phone as my last s3 had signal problems) and everytime I plug it in to charge the phone goes mental.... it keeps going in and out of driving mode even though I have never used it and its completely disabled.

This happens with 2 car charger and charger in house.

I have tried an air duster on the charging port to see if that would work but it didnt.

Any ideas??

It's probably a problem on the micro usb. Get some electrical contact cleaner:

Turn off the phone and remove battery, then use something really thing, spray the cleaner on it, and use it to clean out the contacts in the microusb...

Right guys gave this a go...

removed battery
Brushed contacts with toothbrush
Sprayed with air duster
Brushed with toothbrush again
Sprayed with electrical contact cleaner
Brushed with toothbrush
And finally another spray with the air duster

Results - phone on charge for 30 mins and only went in and out of driving mode once which is alot better than before. So next up is to clean my chargers and give phone charging port another clean.

Thanks for suggestions guys much appreciated
