Duo2 channel change

Will ask on here anew tried to reply on previous question and answer but no luck

New box a couple of weeks ago flashed with new image all working great and as it should apart from channel changing,this is slow and sometimes the tv looses it's input like the box has been disconnected it will then come back on with the new channel it has auto res enabled but changing it doesn't make much difference are there any other settings to change.

Do you use picons? If so where are they stored?

Not as yet it's never changed channel well so all it has is the minimum
