Hi everyone I have just bought one of these boxes with the vix image on it everything went ok with the setting up but I have noticed it's only showing A tuner when there should be a B tuner showing where have I gone wrong cheers mark:confused:

silly question i know but have you got two connections plugged in and ais it showing 2 connections in tuner config?
also have you set it up in tuner configuration with 2 connections?
might be best to check connections at back too.

Hi thanks for the reply the connections are ok in the back how to I get into the
Tuner config

menu > setup > service searching >tuner configuration

What does that say - it should display information for both tuners.
