Solo wont flash

Hello, i am trying to reflash my solo box and its not reading the usb, it works fine for mounting epg etc but when i try to flash my box nothing happens, just loads up my current image.

Ive followed correct procedures on how to flash the box, ive done it succesfully before. whats going on now?

It works fine when used as a storage device tho? so it cant be the usb can it??

Try the image manager, blue button -> ViX -> Image Manager -> yellow button.
Once image is downloaded, blue button -> ViX -> Image Manager -> blue button.

Make sure to do a settings back up first. blue button -> ViX -> Backup manager -> green button.

Try formatting the Flash drive ( USB Stick ) with the HP format tool, then try again.

Format as Fat32 & use in the back. If still no joy, buy another for a few quid.

Its worked before to flash an image tho thats whats pissing me off lol. I think its because i formatted it in the box that its gone funny. who knows.

Thanks phoenix il give that a go later and as mousedown said if not il grab another stick. Ant recommend one that works well with vu+ solo? what about those kingstons?

some sticks can be funny even if they have worked previously, never had a issue my self though. I use a variety of sticks but most often the SanDisk Cruzer Blade 4GB and 2GB sticks.
