There's a workaround whereby you setup a proxy website which bypasses the ISP block on the 1channel servers - I did this yesterday and can confirm 1channel works great.

I won't post a direct link here but if you do a search for '1channel stopped working linux', you should find a lengthy thread discussing the issue.

Read the thread, follow the instructions that are attached within a few of the posts and you should be good to go - it's actually quite a straight forward process, took me about 30mins from start to finish but most of that was reading and digesting.

Can any of the mods confirm if the link or a fix can be posted on the forum? In principle its the same as the OnDemand plugin workaround which can be talked about.

In principle its the same but it still houses illegal content so id rather it not be posted on the forum but hosted off site. Cant speak for any one else though.
