mymetrix & openstore - HELP PLEASE

Please can anyuone help.
I have vu+ duo, vix image.
When I click;
my metrix > general settings > connect > enter pin But there is no pin for me to enter, Why is this, what is wrong. Do I have to sign up somewhere. It should show device portal in openstore, but I do not see device portal in the list.

Hi Josephine, have a look here hopefully it will help. But yes you need to sign up at the website to download skin parts. The skin will work without an account.

Thanks for the info. It would be better if I could download stuff direct from the receiver though. As the website says, there should be a button in the Openstore menu called "Portal". I would log in over there so as to download from mymetrix. But this button is missing in the openstore menu.
I think the developer of vix has omitted the button.
Any ideas please.....
