HD or SD in LCD4 display

does anybody know how to set a [HD] or [SD] in the middel of the lcd4 screen ? I see it in severall screenshots but cannot find how to do it.

but how to add this in the screen ? Not in the picon. I had a screenshot of this but cannot find it anymore.
