VU+ Duo Channel Menu keeps randomly appearing

As the Title, I have a VU+ Duo, and every so often, like every minute or so, there is a Menu Appears, its the menu which would normally appear if you press the TV button in the bottom left corner of the remote twice.

I have checked the remote button to see if it is sticking and doing it itself (and also taken the batteries out to be certain), and also checked that it isnt anything sticking on the dial on the front of the receiver itself but nothing.

Has anyone else experienced this, and is it something which I can stop happening, or is it a fault with the Box itself?

Any suggestions would be apreciated.

Have you HDMI CEC enabled?
I'd start with just a reboot of the box & see if it fixes the issue.

But maybe if you have had it before, you could enlighten me what it was and how you fixed it?

To cure mine I did a re-flash using image manager and the latest image. I think something runs in background to cause the issue...What image are you using
