I HAVE A 0.3 LNB at the moment and can just pick up 7 west if I got 0.1 would it help? I cant get a bigger dish either lol thank you

No wont help and there is no such thing as 0.3 or 0.1 without supercooling, you just need a bigger dish simple as that

those numbers mean nothing just marketing BS if you were to do a cold cathode test on one (which is the only way to get an accurate reading) you would not see anything in the domestic market below 0.6db,
Supercooling is using semi conductors that are designed to be super efficient when running at serious sub zero temperatures and are chilled with Nitrogen and other specific gases to give super conductivity.
