right i know where too change them but upon doing so and restarting network they revert too my i.s.p`s ones again .

so what is the correct procedure for changing the dns settings and do i have too have two lots of dns settings like there are on a pc , by adding a second dns profile .

i am saving after making changes - do i need too restart network for settings to be applied perhaps by me restarting network it is deleting my ones and putting the old ones back ? ?

thanks
dan

No need for 2 lots of DNS, but I use 2 anyway. Googles - 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4
Mine always hold on the TM Nano, after an E2restart & full reboot.
Are you using DHCP on the box?

after i put settings on i "restart network"
perhaps i should not restart network and just restart enigma 2 ? ? ?

and as i don't know what "dchp" is i probably don't have it on the box .

Using yes here is probably forcing DNS from your router/modem.
Set it to No & input the address you need/want.
