Can someone please tell me if FilmOn will come back on Media Portal or is it possible for someone to be able to create an .IPK file that could provide the link to the webpage. This would be so helpful to lots of ex-pats abroad.

Its on the TSMedia plugin pal.

You can get it via an xbmc setup also, it will probably be better than going through tsmedia.
