Hi all, new to the forum. I propose to purchase a Solo2 to replace my existing Sky HD system. Will I be able to use my current magic eyes to change/watch channels in other room as I presently do. I realise I will have to purchase additional remote controls as with Sky.

Yes.. That will work fine.. But you will also have to purchase an RF modulator for the magic eyes to work..

Only box that has an RF out on it is the Technomate TM-Twin.. and i think the TM-2T has one as well..

I have done this with one of these boxes.. i cant remember which one.. But the RF oput on them are not great..

Thanks Mister for your helpful reply. Can you suggest a reliable RF modulator?

Triax Tri-link kit is what you need. Modulator and rf2 in 1 unit.
