Timer marker missing from EPG listings

In the past both the red button single channel EPG and the full multichannel EPG have shown a marker against programmes for which a timer has been set.

Recently the marker has disappeared. Is there a setting that needs to be changed or some other reason why this occurs? I have not found another complaint which makes me curious!

I have just noticed a similar situation.

I have a Duo2 and a Solo2, both on Vix v808.

On the Duo2, there are no visible Active Timer indications eg a Recorded program is Not highlighted in Red.

On the Solo2, recording timers are highlighted in Red.

So there are differences in the two models of receivers but on the same build.
