usb update

hi I have just noticed my box is only running 750 I have tried to update with usb and nothing happens

not seeing usb have tested with 2 usb sticks and still the same,has anyone had this fault

have you formatted the flash drives ( USB sticks ) using windows to fat32 ?, personally i would use the HP Format tool then try again, also make sure you have the correct file structure on the sticks just to be certain.

I dont have a link to hand for the HP flash tool but there is a link in the flashing tutorials i produce, these can be found via the guides and tutorials section on www.openvix.co.uk (http://www.openvix.co.uk)

got it to work just used hp format and formatted a few times all working now thanks
