I have a Vu+Solo2 and a Humax Foxsat on the same network. I can see the Humax hard disc from the Solo2, but cannot play any of the .ts files from it, I just get a blank screen. I know the HD files are encoded, but surely I should be able to play the SD files? I can play music files OK from the Humax, and view the photo's, so the mount is working.
Am I missing something obvious, or are all the Humax files encripted?

If memory serves the .TS files from the humax are a different format than those used in Enigma2. Can you play any of the .TS files created on the solo2 on your Humax ?.

Looks like you are correct - I've just tried dumping an SD file and a HD file from the Humax to an external HDD, and then moving the drive over to Solo to play them. Neither of them will play. Interestingly, I had some ts files from my old terrestial Humax 9200 box, and these play OK, so it seems Humax changed the coding when they introduced the Foxsat range.
Oh well,it was a nice idea.
