freeze issue.

Hi All, Bought an SF8 for my parents for xmas, loaded VIX on it as i have this on my VU DUO, both have the same VIX revision both have the same cccam version and both have the same Cline (provider), problem is when the octogon freezes it takes anything between 10 and 20 seconds to clear again where as the duo takes milliseconds, ecm times are nearly identical on both boxes at around 0.2.

Any help appreciated.
