when i update ?

when the next update is available and i update , will i loose all plugin`s and other info on my box

also should i do update through box or flash the new image ?

if you update via software update you shouldn't loose your plugins, However if you update via Image manager you can make a back up before installing so that you restore your plugins via the wizard... Updating via image manager is like doing a complete new install opposed to an update
