Jumping

When browsing the site. My screen keeps jumping. Is there something I've done wrong or something I need to do?
Please help, it's driving me mad

If you look using IE is it the same.
Im using Chrome and see the page going up and down itself.
Its to do with the World Of Satellite Ad not appearing properly for me in Chrome.
Think the builtin Chrome Ad Blocker is blocking it...

You are indeed correct Sir. I disabled Adblock for this site and now. No more jumping
