issues with Hd channels glitching and occasional freeze .

now i have had this issue for a while , well i have always had it but i thought it was a issue with my satellite box , having replaced that i now know it must be a problem with my dish possibly lnb


i have recorded a 2 minute video showing the problem , but also if i have it on say BBC one HD then its glitch free and perfect but film 4 Hd is glitching - what i am trying to say is it doesn't affect every single channel but most .

thoughts please . i don't want the satellite installer ripping me off

I had a problem with my Sky box can where it would stutter now and again and also the sound would drift out of sync, but the software update a couple of months ago seems to have sorted it
