[Support question] 5 seconds?

When you enter a channel number, say 101, it takes 5 seconds for the box to change to that channel (unless you immediately press ok).
Is there a setting to change this to 1 second?
If there is, great, if not it's fine.

Thats standard mate. You have to think of elderly folk who may have these boxes they wouldnt be able to get channel number in on time if was any less.

Just press ok if you dont want to wait.

Yes thats exactly why we increased the timeout time in the first place.

longer because the channel numbers start at 1, not 101, the longer time allows the box to know whether you mean 101 or 1.

Would be great to have a setting that lets you adjust this.
