no channels but fta working

as title -only fta channels working .
tried updating epg/channel lists & also reloaded from a back up too .
it was freezing on and off all day but a restart cleared it - but all gone now .
any ideas - thanks.

If FTA channels work but not the paid for ones try looking at the method by which you obtain them ie your sky card.

Are you using your own local subscription card? If not lets just end the thread here.
