missing E4 channel

Hi all i was wondering if anyone could help with an issue im having with E4 Hd for some reason im not getting any signal from that channel but all the rest of the free channels are fine the od thing is E4 sd channel is fine any got any ideas ,
Also when i use the satfinder tool on say any channel the snr and agc is fine, but on E4 hd its just dead . The dish is allighed best it can be Any help would be a great help thanks

E4 HD is not FTA but coded .VideoGuard.

that would explain that then thanks :) i thought as e4 was free then e4hd was same lol

same as ITV channels.SD free but HD coded.:confused:
