vu+ duo help

hi guys looking for some help on how to put my long lat in my vu+dou =Lon: 2:57:13W (-2.95373) Lat: 56:28:01N (56.46697) any help would be great.

Normally you can do this through the install wizard. There are a number of 'stickies' at the top of this forum which deal with this, e.g.
