How to back up VU+ Duo

Hello all, Could you please tell me how to back up the original VU+ Duo image, fresh out the box, before putting any new images on.

menu/setup/vix/imagemanager & hit the green button for new back-up ??

thanks for that blueboy - just checking this will keep the very original image if ever I need it, and will it go straight to usb stick.

Depending on the image it came with, I would not bother backing it up as you can at any time download a copy and flash that back.
