Random freezing on HD channels

Hi I am getting random freezing on HD channels which ever satellite I am on if I select HD then I can expect a freeze from anywhere from a few seconds to a couple of minutes then it will come back to live tv.

I have PTS switched off and have disabled any soft cams that I had and also just did a clean install today and have the same problem.

There are no logs to post, so any ideas what I could try ?

Check you dish alignment and LNB.
