Is there another way to access this information?

the only way you can get ECM time in OE1.6 is to use the software version of the FPU, but this slows down the box, that why we do not recommend it, how even if you wish to do so, the ECM Time should be displayed in the 2nd info bar.

Sorry, another question or 2
I will be changing from the DE image can I backup the channel lists, favourates in dream edit and then reapply after the change to VIX?
Are there options for Sherlock and shoutcast in VIX as in DE?

yes you can you use DreamEdit to restore channels,
Yes there is Sherlock for ViX
Shoutcast is in the feeds to download and install but i have not tested it, it should work let us know how you get on :)
