thanks please how to know whitch image used on box because i dont have box here i just do it with teamviewer for a friend

Ask your friend to check in about menu of image.

Ask him to grab the magical want that is some times called a remote, than press menu and go into the about screen and it will say waht image it is - often show on boot up as well:)
