no 26e and previews

Today when i turn dish to 26e there is a message tune fail when all was ok before . All other sats ok ???
Any ideas please , Ihad lots on there and done a rescan today and only got 10 using usals

Also when looking through bouquet lists the smallvideo preview window does not change with scrolling through text ( like s#y)
Is there a way to do this without having to go to channel full size screen ??

was wondering if wind had moved dish but some satts ok , ie 28 e and some satts have half the channels on they used too weired .
Can i re tune using maual search instead of usals ans store again ?? if so please how
