RSdownloader and netcaster problem

Hello,
I recently changed from Openpli to VIX 1.1 and now 1.2.
But i have 2 problems.

When i try to install rsdownloader,
i get the warning: No module named decrypt.
In openpli it is working without problems.

When i try to install netcaster,
i get the warning: Cannot satisfy the following dependencies for enigma2-plugins-extensions-netcaster:
gst-plugin-neonhttpsrc
In openpli it is working without problems

Can somebody help me with these problems?
