lost tuners

Hi guys over the last week or so ive been getting problems with my tuners failing to lock and dropping signal. I have had a new dish fitted and tried another box and its perfect, i also have reflashed my box with blackhole image and still nothing and then back to vix and still nothing so im thinking my tuners may have failed anyone help?

The same thing is happeing with my box.
I get a "timeshift not possible" followed by "tuner failed!" message.
