euro HD channels black out why?

i wasn't sure where to post this . I have solo 2 with the latest vix image and I have noticed first the viasat HD channels on 4.8e have blacked out. only the sd channels are working fine. then it was tv2 premier league HD 1 2 and 3 on 0.8w. and yday the sky Italy HD channels blacked out. sky sports 123 HD all sky calico HD fox sports HD and primafilma HD. but all the sd channels work. why is this happing? will this be sorted or are more channels going to disappear like canal sport HD canal sport football HD on sky Germany.
