usb problem

Trying to restore my back up from usb tried 4 or 5 different usb sticks still no joy tried a Kingston 3x and Lexar switch off box at back insert usb but doesn't recognise it? I have formatted all but still no joy. Any help would be much appreciated.

What image is currently on the receiver and what image are you trying to install ?, If it's ViX what exact build is currently on the receiver ?.

Sorted now phoenix forgot to put it in vuplus folder.
