INSTALLING MGCAMD 1.38 on VU+Solo 2

Plz help me in installing MGCAMD 1.38 on my new VU+ SOLO2 receiver.(bought new)
Need complete details how to install it and run perfectly.
As previously i was using DM-800HD so dont have any idea about VU+SOLO2.
