Twin Tuner Set Up Fixed 28.2E Dish

I was watching a sport channel when a preset recording switched to to that channel (bbc2) I also lost a couple of channels.

It is obvious that my tuner config is not right. I have tried to correct this by changing this, I then get tuner Not config. as a newbie I am cautious as to proceeds manual not clear.

My tuner settings are Tuner A Config Mode Loopthrough
Connected to Tuner B Vplus DVB-S NIM(AVL2108) (DVB-S2)

Tuner B Config Mode Simple
Mode Single
Satellite Eurobird1/Astra 1N 2A 2B 2D(28.2E)

Please Advise as to allow to watch one channel whilst recording another

If you have twin feed cable then this setup will do the trick;

Tuner A- Advanced, 28.2e, LNB 1 and leave the rest as it is.
Tuner B- Advanced, 28.2e, LNB 1 and leave the rest as it is.

I have configured the tuners as advised. (I have twin LNB) and just tried to record and watch

Now recording Eurosport can watch Eurosport 2 but on other channels No Free Tuner?

Eliminate the possibility it could be a problem on one of your cables.

Connect a cable to lnb 1 and see if you get a picture, then disconnect and try other cable

I have tried both inputs on Tuner A and get Picture on Both

I have tried both inputs on Tuner B and Get Tune Failed

Both LNB inputs OK problem appears to be Tuner B either a fault

or not set up correctly

Should both be simple, single, 28.2. What have you got them as?

Hi I've Now changed the Tuner Configs to the Last suggested (abu Baniaz) Tested a recording and changed channel All seems to be now working
