vu+duo august image

Hi, i been told i need an August image for my box. I can only seem to find ones dated October.
I updated then rebooted my box somehow being a newbie and and stuck with the LCD just reading 'starting'
can anyone point me in the right direction for it please?
I think enigma was mentioned when i bought it if that means anything.

Whoever told you that you need an "august image" is talking out of their rear end lol.

Any vix version will work unless you have a clone box.

if you were told specifically that you need a image from august then it's a good bet the receiver is a clone.

How much did you pay for it and are there any stickers on the receiver with either a URL ( web address ) or a Version number ?..

First we'd like to establish if the unit is a clone or not.

ah ok. Sorry.
I looked around the unit and cant seem to find any URL or but V3.2 is on the back
would this be the version

yes it's a clone so we cant help any further and i'm going to have to close this thread as we dont support clones here.
