was trying to watch the football on the active channel last night, but every channel was in 3.4 not widescreen is this my boxs fault or is it how they broadcast cheers

I noticed that too, but I did not have the time yesterday - or so far today - to check out what is happening. I have the 3:4 on my Duo2, but it is in the correct 16/9 format on my old Duo.

It will be a setting in the AV settings menu - but needs careful checking so that you don't affect something else by accident.
